- Terms of Service -

can + cannot draws

- human, anthro/furry, various species.
- nsfw/18+ (proof of age required)
- original characters (oc), show/game characters, etc.
- all body types/genders.
- fanart.
- NO: heavy armor, mecha, loli characters, designing, extreme fetishes, backgrounds.

turnaround + notices

- turnaround time may be 1 week - 3 months. check my trello for progress and status.
- please inform of any due dates. if it requires to skip the queue or is urgent, a rush fee may be included.
- refunds are only allowed if i am unable to finish or not started your commission within 3 months.
- you may be blacklisted if; asking for a refund directly after sending money, chargeback, or ghost me.

payments + refunds

- payment upfront only, via paypal invoice.
- updates will be provided in stages: sketch, ink, flat, and render.
- commissions will NOT be started until payment is sent and confirmed.

rights + notices

- you have the right to share the image freely, as long as you credit me appropriately. when using my art as a pfp, banner, etc. you must tag me in your bio as long as it's up.
- editing such as filters and cropping are allowed.
- edits that include recoloring or removing my signature are NOT allowed.
- i have the right to refuse any refunds or commissions for any reason.
- i reserve all rights to the art as it is to be used in streams or other social medias. if you prefer a private commission, it must be stated and specified in advance.
